Sorry you had to go first. Here are your comments:
#03 - Spike's face looks too yellow. I feel like especially in his jawline area, the coloring is very saturated.
#3 - The icon is too heavily contrasted.
3 - love the use of texture, but could have used some softening around his face and some reduction of the orange hues on his face.
3 - I actually like the composition A LOT, but it would look better if the edges of the image weren't so oversharpened.
3- The icon is too sharp all over Spike. And he is too orange. I think if both Spike and the texture had been centered more, the icon would have been better; the idea is not bad at all though.

2- The play of contrast and brightness makes Spike's eyes look too sharp in comparison to the top of his head and his mouth.
#02 - The white toward the right of the icon (a texture perhaps?) is very distracting. It also seems to put odd highlights on Spike's forehead.

#2 - Nice use of negative space and light and contrast.

#1 - The text and crop aren't bad but his skin is a little too blotchy. Perhaps a blur layer would have helped?

Positive:
#01 - The coloring is really good; it is a difficult cap to color and it's done well without looking too yellow or too red. The font setup is really nice, too. It's readable and well placed.
